taking photos at exhibitions is a common thing. So how to shoot exhibitions in conference activities? The objects of photography at exhibitions can be roughly divided into three aspects:

First, representative scenes at the exhibition. The objects include the panoramic view of the exhibition site, the display of booths, the demonstration of exhibits, especially the display of special booths and booths of well-known companies, the lectures at the exhibition site, the visit of visitors and the visit of authoritative persons, and the booth conditions that affect the image of the exhibition.

Second, representative scenes in the supporting activities of the exhibition. The objects include the opening ceremony, technical seminars, lottery draws at the exhibition site, distribution of souvenirs and other activities.

Third, representative scenes in the service work of the exhibition. The objects include exhibitor registration, exhibitor logistics and transportation, booth construction (mainly special booth construction), audience registration reception, exhibitor/audience on-site consultation reception, on-site questionnaire survey, and service work conditions that affect the quality of the exhibition.

The brief process of the conference and event shooting service is as follows: before the conference and event shooting, the time, location, duration and shooting environment are determined. After confirmation, the conference and event shooting technician is arranged to go to the site to shoot according to the requirements. After the shooting is completed, the photos are generally delivered after 8 hours, and the video editing is generally completed and delivered on video CD after 48 hours. The payment is settled after the shooting is completed on the day.
